Almost there...

This post means two things.. Almost there, we leave the 7th of April.. only 24 days left before we sit in the car driving up to Bodo and then taking the boat to Vaeroy.

Second thing! My Synit rods are almost complete the last update is that the silicon inlays is supposed to be dried and finished and the rods will be shipped on Thursday. Graeme took some pictures , the rods ain't finished at these pictures and they are still a little blurry since they keep spinning on the drying rack.

Let me present a sneak peak on DS150 Pricken (The Dot) and DS350 Strumpan (The Sock).

Graeme even was nice enough to give his last example of a limited edition of the DS350, it sounds great. Hear his response. I must say its been a pleasure working together with Synit in crafting these two fishing rods. I can recommend them warmly.

Thanks for the address, here are a few pic's of the two rods sorry the focus is a bit out on some but they were spinning at a speed where the camera had trouble foucusing. We have one coat left to go on Pricken and possibly two on Strumpan. The weather is limiting us to one coat a day so it will be the weekend before we can do the inlays on the grip grooves.

I should have done a few more of the limited edition DS350 blanks as they are slimmer than the standard DS350 blank and feel really nice when loaded up. You have a true one off rod in Strumpan as it is the last of the 10 limited edition DS350 blanks we did. I may use the same special carbon wrap when we do a limited edition of the 2012 Synit Kaha Espada jigging rods
